For thermometers with external thread. As an accessory to our machine thermometers, precision pointer thermometers and bi-metal pointer thermometers, SIKA also manufactures thermometer protection tubes.

Thermowells seal the process to the thermometer immersion tube, thereby enabling temperature measurement even under increased stresses.These are caused by high temperatures, high pressure, aggressive media or strong flow velocities as well as by the flow of particles or foreign bodies. A great advantage is that the thermometer can be installed and removed when using a thermowell, without the process must be emptied. The thermometer can be replaced practically during operation. SIKA thermometer thermowells are supplied with certificates according to EN 10204-2.1, EN 10204-3.2 or EN 10204-3.1 upon request and against calculation. Please indicate this with your order!
