The SIKA differential pressure manometer with 2 bourdon tubes is a cost-effective device for measuring two different pressures and direct indication of the differential pressure. The device is used in heating systems (supply and return) or in filter systems. Differential pressure gauges should be selected so that the highest pressure occurring in the system is not higher than the full scale value. The pressure gauges are endwertlastbar, but not overpressure safe. To ensure good readability of the differential pressure, the differential pressure should not be less than about 20% of the scale value. If the differential pressure is much lower, other types of devices, eg. B. with plate spring measuring system or with 2 tube springs and a pointer better.
