Measuring principle
The VTR consists of the measuring turbine and the externally mounted sensor. The measuring liquid flows into the measuring turbine and sets the rotor in motion. The speed is directly proportional to the flow. The moving rotor blades are detected by the transducer and converted into a flow-proportional pulse signal.
